This cosy, newly renovated studio apartment can comfortably host 2 people and is located right in the charming historic centre of Spello. It is very convenient for those who love to travel by train-it is just 10 minutes walk from the train station. For car travellers, Via Consolare, the main street that runs through the whole town and is accessible by car, is just a few steps from the apartment. Free and paid parking lots are very close. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the whole Umbria.
Cornelia cavern is a cosy ground floor studio that is accessed from a condominium entrance hall. Inside the apartment, the zones have been divided by assigning the right spaces to the living area and the sleeping area. The colourful kitchen is equipped with all appliances for cooking and drinking together on the 4-seater glass table. The sleeping area with the comfortable double bed equipped with TV is characterized by an office corner to facilitate smart working. Finally, the bathroom with its shower immersed in the centenary wall made of stones dating back to Roman times is the real gem of the apartment. An intimate but complete environment with everything you need to spend your holidays in Spello. The apartment is also completed by a utility room with a washing machine and a small courtyard where you can enjoy the morning sun or the evening air.
The historic centre of Spello is characterised by small and centenary narrow streets that can be used mostly on foot. The location of our apartment is central and very convenient due to its proximity to the railway station and the town’s car parks. The distances are short and it is very pleasant to walk the alleys of this wonderful village.
Spello, located on the southern part of Mount Subasio, between Assisi and Foligno, is considered one of “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy” due to its significant environmental, cultural and artistic heritage. Spello’s history, food and natural beauty are the perfect way to relax and enjoy one’s vacation. Spello is known as the the “City of Flowers” because it boasts beautiful flower-lined streets and is very picturesque especially, during the event of Le Infiorate di Spello.
